Cisco's FY2010 ended with its highest customer satisfaction survey score in history
Thu, 9/9/10 - 5:27pm    View comments

Cisco achieved a major milestone during its fiscal year 2010, the highest customer satisfaction survey score in its history.

Cisco customer satisfaction is measured on a scale of 1 to 5:

5   Very Satisfied
4   Satisfied
3   Neutral
2   Dissatisfied
1   Very Dissatisfied

For FY2010, Cisco's customer satisfaction survey achieved a score of 4.45, the highest ever (see below historical chart):

Cisco's History of Customer Satisfaction

MilestoneJim GlueckCuriously and very interesting to me, Cisco's vice president of global support operations - Jim Glueck, has joined Cisco premier certified partner, Milestone Technologies, as its new chief operating officer.

According to Milestone:

"At Cisco, Jim Glueck led several advanced technology support programs, designed to re-engineer the technical services delivery process. His work at Cisco has helped them to build-out an effective organization with a governance model, which has enabled growth and improved Cisco market presence and customer satisfaction, worldwide."

Perhaps Cisco's upcoming FY2011 customer satisfaction survey score will continue to increase without Jim Glueck.

What's your take on Cisco's historical customer satisfaction survey score results?
