In 2001, Reggie Grant and Brad Reese cofounded BradReese.Com® the Cisco Talent Portal. Reggie is dedicated to advancing the careers of the 1 million-plus certified individuals in the global Cisco Career Certification Program. In March 1999, Brad Reese successfully recruited Reggie to join him as the Sales Manager of Repair and Refurbished Cisco Equipment for Alliance Datacom, L.P. headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

With more than 9 years of successful Networking, Data Communications as well as Telecommunications Equipment selling experience, Reggie has completed training sessions with Cisco Systems, ADTRAN, Lucent, Telco Systems and Packateer.

2 years prior to joining Brad Reese at Alliance Datacom, Reggie owned a business brokerage founded after gaining 4 years of experience with an Investment Bank in New York as their Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist transacting Chemical, Plastics and Advanced Materials deals.

Additionally, Reggie worked for and helped bring public, a start-up Telecommunications Company after spending 10 years as President and CEO, of a very successful Philadelphia Chemical Distribution Company.

Reggie graduated with an MBA in Corporate Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania after earning an undergraduate business degree from Babson College, where he was an original member of the Babson Mergers & Acquisitions Club, alongside fellow classmate Brad Reese.

Reggie and his wife live in Asheville, North Carolina where Reggie is developing the Hendersonville, North Carolina Website.
