JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining the Warid Call Center (IPCC) voice solution (IP Telephony, CCM)
from the day of implementation,
• Assist in maintaining the company’s IPCC day-to-day operation and in-house
IP telephony voice communication architecture and its associated network
connections and component hardware & software.
• Responsible for smooth operation of Cisco CallManager clusters of different
remote sites with SRST facility, play role as a dynamic team member during
any remote site disaster,
• In depth knowledge and working experience on SIP, H.323 and MGCP based
voip network,
• Knowledge in voice signaling and switching, integration of traditional PSTN
network with in-house voice applications,
• IPCC applications/services monitoring by NMS and reporting for
performance, availability as per defined KPI.
• Define and manipulate policies and processes for Warid Call Center
operation.
• Project management and maintaining operational business with the managed
service team as well as IPCC customers.
• Professional skills on Cisco voice enabled equipments (like AS5350XM, CCM,
GateKeeper etc.), configuring as well as maintaining them.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGES
• Understanding of all Cisco IPCC Enterprise systems components and
funtionalities.
• Deployment capability of VOIP enterprise network solution with Cisco
CallManager (CCM) with suitable VOIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP).
• Integration of traditional TDM network with next generation VOIP network
and complete VOIP solution based on single-cluster/multi-cluster CCM,
• In depth knowledge on different signaling protocols (SS7, Sigtran, ISDN) and
their feasibility to integrate with VOIP networks specially for IPCC
deployment,
• In depth knowledge on different digital transmission media like
E1/T1/STM/SDH/PDH and their integration feasibility with IPCC network,
• Capable to configure IOS based voice-enabled Cisco routers to integrate the
VOIP NAS with TDM E1/T1 networks,
• Capable to configure and maintain Cisco Routers, Voice Gateways, Switches,
Gatekeepers etc.
