Position Summary:
Looking for a Technical/IT Manager to lead a small helpdesk/NOC operation in Falls Church, VA. Candidate
must have very strong Cisco networking skills to include routing, switching, VPN, ASA/PIX firewall
configuration, ACLs - experience with Catalyst 3560, 3750, 4510 switches, and 2800 ISR routers is a must.
Position is 50% technical hands-on, 50% management. Management duties include status reporting, client
relationship management, and staff mentoring and people-management. Strong documentation and writing
skills are a must. BS/BA or extensive experience in network operations required - Cisco CCNA or higher
certifications required. MCSE also desirable.
