CCIE R&S count drops 4th month in a row

According to Dual CCIE #18532 R&S/Security - George Morton: "Here's the new CCIE count with the R&S track continuing to decline for the 4th month in a row. "February to March annualizes to 200 net new CCIEs a year. "This is stunning and is down from over 2,000 a year just a few years back."
